Bio

Sabrina received here A.B. in biology from Harvard University in 1992 and her PhD in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003.  Her research interests include: biodiversity, plant ecology & ecophysiology, plant-microbe Interactions, and seed dispersal.  She has studied these topics in the rainforests of the Amazon and Borneo, as well as in the grasslands and croplands of Nebraska.  Sabrina has acted as a group leader and mentor for six of ForestGEO's annual analytical workshops.
