The research of the Biodiversity & Landscape Modeling Group focuses on understanding how and why species disperse, colonize, and persist in landscapes. The group actively engages in research synthesizing and explaining macro-ecological patterns of biodiversity across a wide range of spatial and temporal scales. The group embraces both theoretical and empirical approaches to pursue our interest.
